Are there any all natural skin care products that work similarly to Differin?

I'm looking for an all natural (no chemicals, parabens, preservatives) acne product that works the same /similarly to Differn. I'm ont Differin right now and it works okay but I'm looking to switch to all natural products.Are there any all natural skin care products that work similarly to Differin?

Differin is going to be stronger than any natural product you try so I advise you not to switch. Prescription products tend to be the best treatment for acne. You will get better results with prescription strength products. if its not working well..tell yiour dermatologist and he/she will put you ona different prescription product. and teh only natural product taht i heard of for acne is Boscia.

But I REALLY REALLY advise against switching from a prescribed regimen. Prescription products are the strongest products out there.
Aveeno, I love it and I use it everyday. All natural and all natural stuff works better for me than anything. After I used it I started to use all natural products.
