get ur mom or w/e to bring you to a dermotologist. Body acne needs strong meds...that you cant really get from a store. BUT my friend used ProActive on her back and it helped some and thats like 20 bucks...so try that if you dont like the 1st option.
use a dandruff shapoo on the certain ares i havent tryed it but heard it works the best
